| Purpose: | To provide information about the proposed widening
of FM 76 (North Loop Rd.) from two to four lanes between 0.3 mile
west of the El Paso city limits to 0.28 mile east of FM 1281
(Horizon Blvd.). |

| Description: |
The project
crosses the Juan de Herrera Lateral and Ysla Lateral at three
locations. The proposed roadway improvements include
drainage, pedestrian, intersection, and signalization
improvements. Proposed improvements at these locations consist
of the replacement of the existing culverts. |
