Lemos Bridge (FM 394) in Kerr County
TxDOT will be closing and demolishing the Lemos Bridge in Kerrville, Texas in
late October, 2008. The existing structure is a low-water crossing that floods
frequently and has sustained damages in previous floods. The new bridge will
have two 12-foot lanes and a 10-foot shoulder. The new bridge will also be ten
feet higher.
The $4.8 million project will began on November 5, 2008 and is anticipated to
take 10 months for construction.
