Beaumont District, All Counties, All Highways	06-20-11	18' high & over: The mover must contact Kevin Waldrep in the Beaumont District Signal Shop at (409) 898-5769 or cell (409) 201-3477 between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:30 pm, at least 24 hours before entering the district. The permit specialist must email a copy of the permit to Beaumont District at the time it is issued: BMT_CashPermit@dot.state.tx.us. 18' high and/or over 20' wide: No movement on Saturday or Sunday without approval from the Beaumont District. This is a permanent restriction.
Beaumont District, All Counties, All Highways	03-02-10	Over 17’ high: The mover must contact Entergy (utility company), Chris Hutcherson (409) 785-2317 or (409) 656-6376, prior to traveling in any county in Beaumont District.
Chambers County, IH10 WB to SH73 EB	02-05-04	There is no access traveling IH10 WB to SH73 EB.
Chambers County, SH99 toll road	02-05-04	No permits from Fisher Rd by Beach City to IH10. Fisher Rd is located approximately 4 miles south of FM565. SH99 is a toll road here.
Chambers and Jefferson Counties, FM1406	05-05-10	12’ max width from FM1663 to FM365 during the hours of 6:10-7:10 am and 4:00-5:05 pm M-F. All other times: Over 12’ wide: Law enforcement escorts are required between FM1663 to FM365. This is a permanent restriction.
Chambers County, FM1663	04-11-91	No weight traveling from SH61 east and south to IH10.
Hardin County, S.BU96 SB to US96 NB in Silsbee	08-31-10	There is no access traveling S.BU96 SB to US96 NB in Silsbee.
Hardin County, SH326 vs FM326 in Angelina County	05-04-07	There is an FM326 east of Lufkin in Angelina County and it can be accessed from US69. Drivers are sometimes confusing FM326 with SH326. FM326 is a dead end road. On all permits routed from US69 SB to SH326 SB you MUST include the town name of Kountze in the route. For example: US69s, @Kountze: SH326s.
Jasper County, City of Jasper	10-27-89	16' max width through the City of Jasper between 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:00-4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is a permanent restriction.
Jasper and Tyler Counties, US190	07-14-09	No permits from FM92 to W.P48.
Jefferson County	09-24-10	FYI: Jefferson County requires a permit for oversize/over weight loads to travel on county roads. Movers may contact Jeffrey Carte for this permit and information about these roads: (409) 782-8163 or (409) 835-8584.
Jefferson County, City of Beaumont	09-24-10	FYI The City of Beaumont requires a permit for oversize/over weight loads to travel on city streets. Movers may contact Lucius Davis this permit and information about these roads: (409) 785-4739.
Jefferson County, City of Beaumont	10-13-97	No width, no height, and/or no length in Beaumont between the hours of 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. This does not apply to overweight loads. This is a permanent restriction.

Jefferson County, City of Port Arthur	05-21-09	Over 12’ wide, over 18’ high, and/or over legal weights traveling on any state maintained road in Port Arthur city limits are under the following conditions: 1) Daylight movement only without prior approval 2) No movement 6am-9am or 4pm-6pm. 3) The mover must notify the City of Port Arthur Field Operations Division (409) 983-8673, 24 hours in advance of moving within the city. FYI: As of the date this restriction was posted, the Port Arthur city limits begin and end as follows: US69/US287/US96 from FM365 to SH87 SH73: from the Orange/Jefferson County Line to approximately 3 miles west of SP93 SH82: from SH87 to approximately 3 miles southeast of SH87 SH347: from FM365 to SH87 SH87: from the Orange/Jefferson County Line to approximately 3 miles west of SH82 FM365: from SH347 to approximately 1½ miles west of SP93 FM366: from SH73 to approximately 3 miles north of SH73 SP215: from SH73 to SH87 SP93: from SH73 to approximately 5½ miles north of SH73 These city limits are not fixed. Jefferson County, US287/US96/US69 @ Sgt Lucian Adams Dr	08-20-08	The exit for Sgt Lucien Adams Dr (61st St) in Port Arthur is permanently closed. Sgt Lucien Adams Dr is approximately 1 ½ miles south of FM365.
Jefferson County, SH73	12-02-04	16’10" max height SB or 18’6" max height NB through the US69/96/287 intersection. This is due to an overhead sign.
Jefferson County, SH82 on the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge in Port Arthur	09-12-11	Over 11' wide: A flagman is required to warn oncoming traffic while the load travels on the center of the bridge to cross the Intracoastal Waterway in Port Arthur. The Intracoastal Waterway bridge is located approximately 1 mile south of SH87.
Jefferson County, SH82 over the Alligator Bayou in Port Arthur	06-09-10	140,000 lbs max weight on the Alligator Bayou bridge. The Alligator Bayou bridge is located approximately 1 ¼ miles north of SH87.
Jefferson and Orange Counties, SH87/SH73 SB (Rainbow Bridge)	12-08-08	All oversized loads must use center of bridge. (This does not apply to loads that are overweight only.) All oversized loads must move between 9am and 3pm; they cannot move any other time. (This does not apply to loads that are overweight only.) 14' max width over bridge. 14' wide: must have rear escort. Under 14' wide: no escort required. This is a permanent restriction.
Jefferson County, SH87	01-12-90	No permits from the Galveston County line, east to PR69. This road is closed to all traffic.
Jefferson County, SH347 NB to US69 SB	04-14-09	There is no access traveling SH347 NB to US69 SB.
Jefferson County, FM365	05-05-10	12’ max width from FM1406 to US90 during the hours of 6:10-7:10 am and 4:00-5:05 pm M-F. All other times: For all loads over 12’ wide: Law enforcement escorts are required between FM1406 to US90. This is a permanent restriction.

Liberty County, FM834	07-02-08	Lowboy type trailers must use caution when crossing the railroad between N.FM770 and S.FM770 in Hull.

Newton County, SH63	12-18-08	All over width loads must have front and rear escorts when crossing the truss bridge over the Sabine River at the LA/TX line. This is in addition to all of the other normal truss bridge conditions that apply (using the center of bridge, flagman, etc.).

This restriction also affects traveling NB when crossing the Veteran’s Memorial Bridge over the Neches River at the Jefferson/Orange County line. Only overweight loads can travel through here during any time. This is a permanent restriction.
Orange County, SH87	10-27-94	16' max width and/or 90' max length turning from IH10 WB to SH87 NB. This is due to a sharp turn. This is a permanent restriction.
Orange County, FM105	03-28-07	Lowboy type trailers use caution at RR crossing located 1 mile south of IH10.
Orange County, FM1132	03-26-07	Lowboy type trailers use caution at RR crossing located 1 mile south of SH12.
Tyler County, JCT US69/US287 & US190	03-03-11	15' max height at JCT US69/US287 & US190. This restriction affects travel straight through on either highway and all turns to or from either highway.
Tyler and Jasper Counties, US190	07-14-09	No permits from FM92 to W.P48.
