The Texas Transportation Commission and TxDOT use the Unified Transportation Program (UTP) as an 11-year plan to guide transportation project development and construction.
Note: The 2010 UTP was approved by the Texas Transportation Commission through Minute Order # 112237 on April 29, 2010.
Project Selection Process
The project selection process for the 2011 Unified Transportation Program was authorized by the Texas Transportation Commission through Minute Order # 112110 on January 28, 2010.
