TxDOT has been working jointly with the Associated General Contractors of Texas to reinvigorate fundamental partnering concepts for construction and maintenance contracts. To implement the next phase, a series of partnering workshops will be held statewide to provide all TxDOT and contractor personnel with information on the latest specification and tools to assist with timely issue resolution.
