Government and Public Affairs Director

Coby ChaseCoby Chase is the director of the Government and Public Affairs Division and is a member of Executive Director Phil Wilson's administration.

He directs the agency's work in community affairs, internal communications, media relations, international relations, state legislative affairs and congressional affairs.

Coby has been with TxDOT since 1994, is a University of Texas Dean's Distinguished Graduate, and resides in Austin with his wife Julie and daughter Sydney.
